Une Journée Spéciale ICE Edition is a private label of semi-dry sparkling white wine, made from Chardonnay and Muscat grapes, produced in limited quantities by traditional methods.
Light clay-limestone soil favourable to the production of white grapes for the production of this wine intended for foaming, the grapes are partly harvested by hand while the other part is mechanical.
A golden and clear colour, a floral nose of white fruits with notes of almonds and hazelnuts, a smooth, supple and rich attack on the palate, a pleasant fruity evolution with floral notes animated by delicate fine bubbles.
The sweetness then comes to support the delicacy of the fruit and its liqueur, ideal to accompany your aperitifs and desserts.

A pink and very light colour, a floral nose, fine notes of raspberries and strawberries perfume the nose and line the consumer’s palate.
Full-bodied and full on the palate, with a sweet charm of smooth rose petals on the attack, supple and rich, with delicate fine bubbles.
The sweetness then comes to support the delicacy of the fruit and its liqueur, ideal to accompany aperitifs and desserts.
