The combination of traditional and modern techniques allows us to produce high quality wines while respecting the environment, in order to preserve the Bordeaux region.
Our chosen wines are the result of the combination of micro-climates and particular geological contexts, which allows our different grape varieties to express themselves fully.
In addition, there is the human experience, a heritage of know-how that has passed from father to son for many generations.
The techniques and equipment having evolved, we have at our disposal viticultural and wine-making tools that allow us to achieve an irreproachable quality of Appellations d’Origine Contrôlée requiring significant investments for our customers.

The rapid transformation of the Spanish vineyard has resulted in a new hierarchy of regions and has strengthened the controlled designations of origin.
There are three of them. DOs (denominación de origen), the equivalent of AOCs (appellations d’origine contrôllées) and DOCs (denominación de origen e calificada), which represent wines of superior quality.
In addition, there is a special appellation: DO de pago (denominación de origen de pago), attributed to wines from a single estate.
Going down the hierarchy, we find: VCIG (the vino de calidad with a geografica indication, the name given to a superior vin de pays, then the VDLT (vino de la tierra), the equivalent of vins de pays, and at the very bottom of the scale, Vino de Mesa (table wine).
